Thought Bubble

When looking at portrait paintings, start with this routine so the visitors have fun thinking about the person in the painting. Imagine a thought bubble over the person’s head. What are they thinking about? Your visitors will have to think about who this person is before they can answer! Give them time. When this discussion is slowing down, change it to a Talking bubble. What might the person in the painting be interested in talking about? Who might they want to meet in the gallery?
